Dear Customer,

you can cancel your valid booking, that has been confirmed unchanged at least for 10 minutes, or has been modified from our side with your agreement for at least 10 minutes under the following conditions:

Cancelling 29-14 days before your rental would begin you are to pay 10% of the rental fee.

Cancelling 13-7 days before your rental would begin you are to pay 20% of the rental fee.

Cancelling 7 days to 48 hours before your rental would begin you are to pay 30% of the rental fee.

Cancelling 48-24 hours before your rental would begin, you are to pay 50% of the rental fee.

Cancelling within 24 hours you are to pay 100% of the rental fee

No show: the customer has not cancelled the booking or the cancellation has not been sent in e-mail at least 48 hours prior to pickup; or within 48 hours no e-mail AND SMS or telephone call have been made to cancel the booking. Now show customers are to pay 100% of the rental fee and will be excluded from further rentals.

We DO NOT charge any cancellation fee if the Lessee or his/her near family member needs urgent and unforecastable medical treatment, or the Driver has missed the flight or the flight has been cancelled. Similarly, any other unwanted circumstances arisen will be investigated by our Customer Care representatives.

All cancellation fees can be used to rent a car with us within 1 year, except those to be paid for no shows.
